This Privacy Policy defines the general terms and conditions for use of Centrum Handlowe Atrium Copernicus website owned by Atrium Poland Real Estate Management , with its registered office in Warsaw at Al. Jerozolimskie 148, entered into the register of companies of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Warsaw, XIX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000007144 (“Atrium”), and gathering and use of personal data of the users.
This document is the regulation for the provision of electronic services in the meaning of the Electronic Services Act dated 18 July 2002 (Dz.U. (Journal of Laws) of 2002 no. 144, item 1204, as amended).

A complaint related to the use of the Atrium website, including the newsletter, may be reported by mail to Atrium’s registered office address or by email to: atriumcopernicus@aere.com

  2. description of the problem being the reason for the complaint,
  3. user’s position or demand.

A complaint is processed by Atrium within 14 days following receipt of it. Thereafter, the user is forthwith notified about the outcome to the address provided in the complaint.
